We do not ask for or store full card numbers or banking passwords within WhatsApp.
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to deliver messages. Depending on configuration, messages are sent through Twilio and/or the Meta (WhatsApp Cloud) API, and payments may be handled by third-party payment processors. Your data is shared with these providers only as needed to deliver the service, and is subject to their respective privacy policies. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s terms and policies.
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service and to comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
